Welcome to the World Original Arts Awards. Submitting your work is fast, simple, and conducted 100% online. Below you will find everything you need to know regarding eligibility, categories, submission guidelines, and fees.

Eligibility
Open to candidates from all countries and All Ages: Artists, designers, performers, and creators of all ages, skill levels, and nationalities are invited to enter.
Originality Requirement: All submitted works must be original creations. Works across traditional mediums, digital creations, physical crafts, performances, and AI-assisted concepts are welcomed in their respective categories.

How to Apply in 4 Simple Steps

Step 1: Choose Your Category
Browse our 5 core disciplines (Fine Art, Artistic Design, Digital Media, Performing Arts, and Beauty & Body Arts) and select the category that best matches your project.

Step 2: Prepare & Submit Your Files / Links
You can choose the submission method that best fits your project format:
Direct Upload (Recommended for Images): Upload your high-resolution image files directly on our online application form (1 to 5 images per project).
Google Drive Link (For Projects with PDF/Documents & Images): If your entry includes PDF presentations, documentation, or extensive image portfolios, you may upload them to a Google Drive folder and paste the folder/file link in the submission form.

Important: Please ensure the sharing permission for your Google Drive link is set to "Anyone with the link can view" so our jury panel can access your files without delay.
YouTube Link (For Video & Moving Image Works): For video art, animations, recorded performances, dance, or screen arts, please upload your video to YouTube (Public or Unlisted) and paste the YouTube URL into the submission form.

Step 3: Complete the Online Form
Fill out the submission form with your creator details, artwork title, description, and upload your files.
Note on Multiple Entries: Each application covers 1 project for 1 category. If you wish to submit multiple works or enter the same artwork into multiple categories, please complete a separate submission and payment for each.

Step 4: Complete Payment
Review your entry details, complete the entry fee payment via our secure payment portal, and receive your official submission confirmation via email.

Policy on AI-Assisted & AI-Generated Submissions:

Dedicated Category (C03): Submissions where Generative AI is the primary tool or core creation method should be entered directly into C03 AI-Assisted Art & Design.

AI as an Auxiliary Tool in Other Categories: AI tools may be used as supplementary aids in select categories (such as Design or Digital Media). However, the primary concept, execution, and artistic control must remain human-driven, and the use of AI must be fully disclosed in the entry description.​

Exhibition Policy on Nudity & Sensitive Themes

Submissions featuring nudity, explicit content, or sensitive themes will undergo full, standard evaluation purely on artistic merit. However, to maintain platform compliance and align with public display standards, we retain the right to withhold the visual display or public publication of such works in the Online Winners Gallery.
